We accept returns. But they must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. The product must be unopened and in re-sellable condition. You must receive an RAN (Return Authorization Number) from us prior to returning any items. If you do not, this could invalidate the return and the product(s) may be returned to you at your expense. You can get the RAN by by emailing us. The RAN should be placed on the outside of the package when returning an item. RANS are good for 5 business days. Returns must be postmarked within that time frame.

Returns will be credited in the manner of original payment. Include your original invoice and a reason for the return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. In addition, customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return was due to damage or an error on our part during the shipping process. Please allow 5 business days for a return to be processed.

IN CASE OF A REACTION TO A PRODUCT, please contact us at CustomerCare@KimberlyBeauty.com. We want to know your concerns and discuss whatever way we can to resolve any issues or concerns you may have. If we can't solve the problem, we'll be happy to arrange for a return. Once we receive the item, we will determine the amount of the refund, in most cases it would be in full. However, we reserve the right to pro rate a return, depending on how much of the product has been used.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on more than 3 individual items in any 365 day period. Beyond this limit, we will no longer be able to process a return or exchange for you until the 365 rotating period has passed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Damaged Items

Please examine your order as soon as possible upon receipt. Should you receive damaged or broken items, please contact us at CustomerCare@KimberlyBeauty.com immediately to resolve. Make sure that you keep all items, including the box and shipping material for inspection by the carrier.
