FREE Shipping is available on all orders delivered within the Continental U.S. First-time orders must have matching billing and shipping addresses. On subsequent orders, products may be delivered to a different address. All orders are processed the next business day and shipped via USPS or UPS. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipped notification email that contains a tracking number that will assist you in tracking your order.
Orders addressed to P.O. Boxes do not qualify for expedited shipping and will be shipped via USPS.
If we receive your order prior to 1:00 PM CT and you ship your order via an expedited option, your order will ship same day. Orders received after 1:00 PM CT will be shipped next business day. Any orders received on Saturday, Sunday or Postal Holiday will be shipped next business day.
UPS/FedEx Ground - $6.95
All orders shipped via UPS Ground will arrive in 3-5 business days before 8:00 PM local time.
UPS/FedEx 2 Day – $14.95
All orders are guaranteed to deliver in 2 business days before 8:00 PM local time.
Next Day Air Saver - $29.95
All orders are guaranteed to deliver next day before 8:00 PM local time.
Missing or Mishandled Orders
Lost or stolen packages should be reported to us immediately so that we can begin tracing and investigating the issue.
Refused or undeliverable packages that were shipped UPS will be charged a $17 service fee. Packages shipped USPS will require a $7 service fee. Please always check your shipping address for accuracy so that you will not be charged this fee.
If you require a change of address once an order has been shipped, you will be charged a service fee of $12 to re-route the package. This option is only available on orders shipped via UPS. Also note that any change of address is likely to delay the arrival of your package.
Normally, all back-ordered items have an anticipated date of arrival displayed in the description section of the product page. We will also send weekly updates to customers with back-ordered items. If you prefer not to wait, please contact us and we will be glad to recommend an alternative product that will do the job for you.
